Taking the road less travelled by:
Started PINAK with a big leap of faith, with the dream of changing and reforming the lives of as many students as I can at PINAK.
YES, I was doing the same in the past but boy when you get into your own stuff you realize how big of a responsibility this is but it never disappoints when you see your students growing and putting in the efforts with you.
So, I bid adieu to the very comfortable and prosperous job and started this wonderful venture PINAK to help the students in their journey to achieve what they dream.
Taking the road less travelled by and it has already started to make the difference.
Goal to Discipline:
Once you set the goal and then make it into a disciplined routine of your daily life you’ll not be in a worried state of mind always to achieve the goal. Seems simple right? Then why people fail or only some of them can achieve their goals, the thing that they lack is CONSISTENCY. Regularly following the routine over the period is the key. If you can stick to this you are definitely going places.

Process is important !
Dear students,
Greetings!
I would like to express my gratitude for the trust you have placed in PINAK INSTITUTE.
This is the most important and crucial stage of your career and here at PINAK you will not only be preparing for the exams but life itself.
As you move along in preparation, you may tend to think that the only thing that matters is the end result. That how you get there has no bearing on the eventual outcome, as long as you obtain what you set out to get. But in order to succeed at anything, focusing on the process and HOW you are going to get to your desired outcome is more important than the goal itself.
The process is about putting maximum effort and performing to the best of your ability in each specific moment. Every moment you do something associated with your goal, it deserves your maximum attention and effort.
Focusing on the process rather than the outcome is something that takes two very distinct and equally important things: discipline and focus.
If you can start living your life one moment, play, or pitch at a time — then you will find that the journey may be more rewarding than the outcome itself.
